fantastic stay with great amenities
beautiful pool unique room communal kitchen convenient location
This was my first stay, and i found it excellent. access to the pool was available, and it was beautiful. the listening room was a unique touch, and i enjoyed the communal kitchen and terrace area. the staff were friendly, and the location was near the tube. It was a five-minute walk.
the metal entrance shutters made noise at 7am one morning, which woke me up.

Breakfast featured quality ingredients. I found the variety good! the breakfast service included several options, prepared with high-quality products. this added a lot of value.

Acceptable Stay with Some Shortcomings
excellent facilities close tube late check key card emergency exit late room
The facilities were excellent! I especially liked that the tube stop was so close. They also allowed me a late check out. This was convenient for my travel plans.
The key cards did not work a few times! This left me stranded once. It meant I could only use the emergency exit when the keys failed. The second room we had booked wasn't ready until 6:30 pm. This was not ideal as I had a show at 7 pm.

hotel gym great view
the hotel has a gym with twenty-four hour access and well put together equipment. i got a ninth floor room WITH a GREAT view of the city. the tenth floor lounge includes couches, a coffee machine, tea options and cooking space.
the metal entrance shutters opening at 7am disrupted my sleep on the weekend.
